Diana L. Stitle

Diana L. Stitle of Warren passed away on Saturday May 1, 2021 at 2:10 p.m. in her residence with her loving family by her side. She was 67 years old.

Diana was born on June 30, 1953 in Warren, the daughter of the late Thomas H. and Mary F. Miller Knepper Sr.

Following her graduation from high school, Diana worked in various professions throughout her life. From a cashier at Gem Food Mart and Speedway to working on the assembly line at local manufacturing plants. Most of all she was a loving homemaker, wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

She enjoyed bowling in the Echo Lanes bowling league. Diana loved Betty Boop and collected numerous items over the years. Earlier in life, she found relaxation in crocheting and quilting. Most importantly she cherished her grandchildren and all the wonderful memories they made.

Diana is survived by her husband, David Stitle whom she married July 2, 1981; a son, Todd (Krystal) Hickox of Niles; a daughter, Barbie Deckerhoff of Niles; 4 brothers, Tommy, Danny, Rodie and Bert Knepper; 3 sisters, Lisa Yaneff, Loretta Knepper-Johnson, and Charlene Bittick; 4 grandchildren, Treason, Brandon, Sierra, and Chayse.

In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Knepper; a sister, Pam Mayo; a granddaughter, BreeAnna.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in New Life Christian Fellowship 2088 Tibbetts Wick Rd. Girard, OH 44420. Calling hours will be one hour prior to the service.
