WARREN - David L. Raub, 70, died Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 1, 1943 in Butler, Pennsylvania, the son of the late William and Esther (Parsons) Raub, he was the third youngest of twelve.

David was a lifelong carpenter and drywall hanger who was employed by McCaskill Drywall. He was a member of Carpenters Union and was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and listening to old music. He was also interested in learning about the Old West and watching western movies and tv shows. David's favorite pastime was spending time with his family.

Memories of David will be carried on by wife; Villa (McElhaney) Raub of Warren, sons; Douglas (Debbie) Riddle of Burghill, Robert (Donna) Riddle of Cortland, daughters; Kathy Millikin of Cleveland, OH, Tammy (Joseph) Escott of Hubbard, sons; Jack Millikin of Warren, Charles Millikin of Newton Falls, daughters; Nancy Tondy of Negley, OH, Tracy Knecht of Wadsworth, OH, Billie Jo Holler of Newton Falls, a brother; Glenn (Mary) Raub of Cabot, PA, sisters; Peg (Melvin) Harvey of Sarver, PA, Susan (Larry) Brink of Sarver, PA, Pat (George) Klaus of Mars, PA, 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and, many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers; William, James, Gene, Harold, and, Dale Raub; sisters; Anna Lou Daum, Charlotte Desmond, and son-in-law; William E. Fish.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at McFarland and Son Funeral Home in Warren. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am. Services of final committal will be at Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna.
