David W. Long

David W. Long, 59, of Warren, Ohio, died 4:45 PM Sunday, January 16, 2005 at Forum Health - Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren. He was born March 17, 1945 in Pine Flats, Pa., the son of David C. and Thelma Mae Patterson Long.

Mr. Long worked in maintenance at the Windham Projects.

Surviving Mr. Long are his mother of Warren; two children: Michael Long of Indiana, Pa. and Heather Long of Warren; four grandchildren: Sheldon and Cody Long, and Jasmine and Gregory Snyder, all of Warren: seven sisters: Helen Malone, Ethel Williams, Diane Bowers, Carol Pawcio, Betty Liccardi, all of Warren, Elsie Flanigan of Niles, Ohio, and Dorothy Shear of Newton Falls, Ohio; and five brothers: Leo, Alfred, Ernest, and Larry Long, all of Warren, and Thomas Long of Starford, Pa.

Preceding Mr. Long in death are his father and his wife, Ellen Keith Long, who died in 1978.

Services for Mr. Long will be 1:00 PM Friday, January 21, 2005 at the Uniontown Methodist Church, State Route 580, Cherry Tree, Pa. Friends may call 12:00 to 1:00 PM Friday at the church, and 2:00 to 3:00 PM Thursday at McFarland and Son Funeral Home, 271 North Park Avenue, Warren, Ohio 44481.
