Christopher W. Merlino of Warren, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 8:46 a.m. in his residence. He was 20.
Mr. Merlino was born on May 23, 1995 in Warren, the son of William Scott and Patricia Dillon Merlino
He attended Howland and Pymatuning School Systems. Following school, Christopher worked alongside his father as a laborer for Scott Merlino Installations. Recently he was employed in the shipping department at the K-Mart Distribution Center.
Christopher loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also played video games in his spare time. Most importantly, Christopher was kind and considerate of others. He cherished the moments he spent with family and friends.
Mr. Merlino is survived by his mother, Patricia (Ron) Shuba of Warren; his father William Scott (Jennifer) Merlino of Jefferson, OH; 3 sisters, Elizabeth Light of Warren, Sibila Merlino of Jefferson, and Vanessa Thompson of Jefferson; a brother Eddy Thompson of Jefferson; maternal grandparents, Anna Dillon of Houston, TX and Frank Dillon of Huntington, WV; paternal grandparents, Bill (Carol) Merlino of Warren; Christopher is also survived by his fiancé, Jade Dowen.
