Charles R. Cumberledge

NEWTON FALLS - Charles "Babe" R. Cumberledge, Sr., 82, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 1, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital in Warren. He was born on September 7, 1930 in Littleton, West Virginia, the son of the late Carl and Jeanetta (Anderson) Cumberledge.

Charles was retired from US Gypsum as an Industrial Mechanic Foreman.

He served his country proudly in the Army during Korean War.

Memories of Charles will be carried on by son, Michael (Kim Kallio-fiance) Cumberledge of Warren; son, Charles "Chick" Cumberledge, Jr. of Bethesda, OH; daughter, Carla Lee Blair of Tucson, AZ; daughter, Sarah Jane Henry of Weirton, WV; son, James Cumberledge of Warren; daughter, Kimberly McWilliams of Braceville; sister, Sarah Jane Francis of Columbiana; sister, Myrle Poland of Howland; brother, Danny Cumberledge of Columbiana; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Tom Cumberledge,

Private graveside services will be held at a later date in Littleton, WV.
