Carrie Peyatt of Louisville, OH formerly of Niles, passed away at 11:35 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2015 in University Hospitals of Cleveland. She was 42.
Carrie was born in Lucasville, OH on January 18, 1973, the daughter of Gene and Karen Fillian Madden.
Ms. Peyatt was a 1991 graduate of Niles McKinley High School.
She was a loving homemaker and will be deeply missed by her family those that knew her. Carrie enjoyed casino trips, playing bingo, and watching reruns of the Facts of Life television show.
She is survived by her companion Kenneth McCrory with whom she made her home; a daughter, Samantha (Westynn) Portman of Warren; 2 sons, Brandon Peyatt of Louisville, OH and Kyle Peyatt of Warren; 3 sisters, Wendy (David) Jones of Niles, Mary Madden of Niles, and Christel (Frank) Neff of Lucasville, OH; a brother, John (Amanda) Madden of Niles.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
