Carolyn M. Pelton

NILES - Carolyn M Pelton, 70, died peacefully on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. She was born on May 16, 1944 in Nashville, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Phillip and Evelyn (Creel) Jones.

Carolyn retired from Washington Square Health Care Center while working in the laundry department. She enjoyed collecting Garfield and butterfly memorabilia, flea markets and being outside with nature.

Memories of Carolyn will be carried on by her daughter, Charlotte J. Pelton of Warren; son, James Pelton of Niles; grandchildren, Caitlin Pelton, and Travis Feister; three sisters; and one brother. She was preceded in death by one sister.

Carolyn's family wishes to extend invitations for all family and friends to gather for a cover dish supper at the Perkins Park Pavilion to celebrate Carolyn's life at 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 17, 2015.
