Brian A. Kozak

Brian A. Kozak, 48, passed away at his home Sunday, March 20, 2016. He was born July 22, 1967 in Warren, Ohio to Russell Kozak and the late Janice Yartz. .

Brian enjoyed fishing and hunting. He had a love for music especially Rock and Roll. He was proficient in many musical instruments, especially the guitar and piano. He attended Western Reserve High School.

He will be greatly missed by his father, Russell Kozak, his brother Wayne (April) Kozak of Niles, his sisters; Jaime Yartz of Warren, Gina (Shawn ) Queen of Geneva and Johanna Yartz of Warren. He also leaves a daughter, Rhonda Iser and 4 granddaughters.

Friends and family may gather Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 3:00 PM at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, 271 North Park Ave. Warren, Ohio 44481. A memorial celebration will take place immediately following the gathering at 4:00 PM.
