Blake Christopher Tominey

Blake Christopher Tominey was stillborn at Forum Health - Trumbull Memorial Hospital Tuesday, August 23, 2005.

Blake is sadly missed by his parents, Christopher R. and Kristina (De Cost) Tominey of Warren; his brothers, Alex Steven and Chase Joseph Tominey of Warren; his maternal grandparents, Debra and Steven De Cost, Sr. of Warren; his paternal grandmother, Amanda Symcheck Smith of Pennsylvania; his great-grandparents: Robert and Norma Slyk of Warren, Ruth De Cost of Pennsylvania, and John and Nancy Symcheck of Pennsylvania; his uncles, Steven De Cost, Jr. and Chad (Tammy) De Cost, both of Warren; and his cousins: Chad G., Nicholas, Dalton, Alexis, and Chad R. De Cost, Jr., all of Warren.

Private services will be held, with Fr. William Loveless of St. Pius X Catholic Church officiating. Interment will be at Pineview Memorial Park.
