Betty B. Moore

Betty B. Moore, 88, of Braceville, died Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Laurie Ann Nursing Home in Newton Falls. She was born May 1, 1923 in Mt. Holly, N.J., the daughter of Thomas and Irene (Loveland) Bridge, and had lived in Trumbull County most of her life.

A homemaker, Mrs. Moore had worked as a lab technician at Mt. Holly Hospital before World War II. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and was an avid reader.

Surviving are three children: Patricia (George) Marsh of Girard, Constance (Art) Keyser of Braceville, and Jason H. (Brenda) Moore III of Newton Falls; four grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Her husband, Jason H. Moore, Jr., whom she married May 8, 1943 and who died July 9, 2008, precedes her in death.

Private graveside services will be conducted at Braceville Township Cemetery, where her urn will be laid to rest.
