Bertha M. Graham, 93, of Sebring and formerly of Warren, died 8:25 AM Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring. She was born April 22, 1912 in Lackey, W. VA., the daughter of George W. and Jane (Edwards) Burchett, and had lived in Ohio since 1935.
Bertha had been self-employed as a manicurist. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Warren, and the Epworth Class and the June Circle of the church.
She will be sadly missed by her son, John L. Graham of Bradenton, FL.; three grandchildren; Mark A. Graham of Arcadia CA., Robert H. Graham of Palatine, IL., George Edward Graham of St. Charles, MO. a great-grandson; Joshua Robert Graham of Palatine, IL. a sister, Elizabeth "Tomi" Crubaugh of Riverside, Calif.; and a brother, Calvin C. Burchett of Dayton, Ohio. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Robert Burns Graham, whom she married January 1, 1931 and who died March 4, 1997; a son, George Ellis Graham; four sisters, Georgia Nelson and Mary Allen, Martha Chandler and Laura Schroeder, and one brother, Roy Burchett.
Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 25, 2006 at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna, with Rev. Yesudas Devadan of First United Methodist Church in Warren officiating. Entombment at Crown Hill will follow the service. Material contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 309 N. Park Ave., Warren, Ohio 44481.
