Anna Mae Wood, 85, of Southington, died 10:00 AM Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Windsor House of Champion. She was born October 25, 1920 in Warren, the daughter of William and Pearl Beckley Mullee, and had lived in Trumbull County all her life.

Anna attended First Assembly of God in Warren. She loved animals and was especially fond of dogs and horses. She enjoyed trail riding in the Allegheny National Forest.

She will be sadly missed by two daughters, Patricia A. (Jim) Gore of Braceville and Susan M. (Tom) Hope of Southington; a son, Ronald W. (Linda) Wood of Cookville, Tenn.; three grandchildren: Edward E. (Cydney) and Stacy R. Gintert, and Kevin C. (Heather) Quinby; two great-grandchildren, Brandon Warnock and Charles J. Quinby; and two sisters, Dorothy Jones of Cortland and Helen Deehr of Howland. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Earl Benjamin Wood, whom she married July 19, 1946 and who died May 23, 2006; and two brothers, Paul and Cyril "Cy" Mullee.

Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at First United Methodist Church, 309 N. Park Avenue, Warren, Ohio 44481, with visitation at the church an hour before the service. Rev. L. Albanese of First Assembly of God will officiate. Interment will follow at Braceville Township Cemetery.
