Anna E. Grossart

Anna E. Grossart, 89, formerly of Cortland, died 12:13 AM Thursday, June 30, 2005 at Forum Health - Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren. She was born May 7, 1916 in Simons, Ohio, the daughter of the late Sakari and Gretastina (Luonuansuu) Kangas, and had lived in Trumbull County since 1940.

Mrs. Grossart had worked for 27 years at Packard Electric. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and reading.

Surviving Mrs. Grossart are many nephews, nieces, and their families. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Milton F. Grossart, who died in 1974, and by ten brothers and sisters.

A committal service will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, July 5, 2005 in the chapel at Pineview Memorial Park, with entombment to follow. Friends may call 2:00 to 4:00 PM Saturday at McFarland & Son Funeral Home. Material contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 840 Southwestern Run, Youngstown, Ohio 44514.
