Angelique Iams

Angelique Iams of Mineral Ridge passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024, in her residence. She was 35.

Angelique was born in Columbus on February 24, 1989, the daughter of Diana Centers Wheeler.

She worked as tech support and customer care for Majorel.

Angelique was a caring person and was a loving cat mother to her furry child, Butt Butt, as well as a devoted aunt to her niece and nephew.

She is survived by her loving parents, Diana Wheeler, and John Newman of Liberty Twp.; grandfather, Woodrow (Gloria) Slone of Inez, KY; grandmother, Sue Newman of Liberty Twp.; a sister, Candace (Michael) Pierce; nephew Parker and niece Penelope; and an aunt, Brandie (Eddie) Hobbs of Greenville, SC.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Geneva Slone.

Per her wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
