Amalia A. Flor

Amalia A. Flor, 69, of Warren, died Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at home. She was born June 6, 1938 in Masaya, Nicaragua, the daughter of Fabio Eligio and Leonor (Farina) Boza, and had lived in the United States for over 35 years, most recently in Norwalk, Calif. before moving to Warren.

Mrs. Flor had worked as a seamstress and attended First United Methodist Church of Warren.

Surviving is her husband of over 30 years, Hector Flor of Warren; a son, Edwin A. Carranza of Warren and California; a brother, Fabio Boza of Utah; a sister, Yolanda Boza of Fullerton, Calif.; a half-brother, Luis Gutierres; and several other half-brothers. Her parents precede her in death.

Graveside services, followed by interment, will be 9:30 a.m. Friday, December 14, 2007 at Oakwood Cemetery in Warren, with Rev. Rick Oaks officiating.
