Addison Avery Coleman

Niles, Ohio-Addison Avery Coleman passed away Monday, May 15, 2017 at St. Joseph's Health Center. She was the daughter of Eric Coleman and Ashley Warren.

Memories of Addison will be carried on by her parents, maternal grandparents, Richard and Jaime Warren, paternal grandmother, Lori Cryer, paternal great grandmother Donna Gorby all of Niles, paternal great grandfather, Ray (Laura) Gorby of Sommerville, S.C.
Aunts: Corey and Nelly Warren; Uncles, Matt Warren and Chris Coleman, also several cousins and many great aunts and great uncles. Addison is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jack Coleman.

Services will be held at Niles Union Cemetery Chapel, 10 am Wednesday, May 24th with Fr. Anthony Esposito, officiating.
